UNLOADING AND STAND BY TRUCK TIME $150.00 PER HOUR in excess of 8 minutes for each C.Y.

SHORT LOAD CHARGE: $100.00 charge on orders less than 3 C.Y.

SATURDAY DELIVERY CHARGE: $100.00 per load. After hours rate (before 7AM-after 4PM) +$10.00/C.Y.

OUT OF TOWN DELIVERIES: Above pricing, plus $150.00 per hour truck time, starting and ending at the Great

Falls city limits. (less 8 minutes allowed per C.Y.)

HIGH EARLY ADDITIVE PER C.Y. ½% - $4.00 1% - $8.00 1½% - $12.00 2% - $16.00

SUPER PLASTICIZER: $37.50/Gallon; Master Glenium 1466

DELVO: $25.00/Gal (.25 Gal/C.Y. generally retards concrete for 3 hours @ 60-70 degrees.

DYE WASHOUT FEE $100.00

Hot Water: $8.00/C.Y.

Fiber Mesh $8.00 C.Y.

SERVICE CHARGE 1 ½% per month service charge will be added to all accounts after 30 days. This is an annual

simple interest rate of 18%.
